Here is the thing about RI-Comic Con, I had a good time but it was very draining, physically and emotionally. Yes, we where PACKED into that dealers room like fish in a barrel but I got to see some old friends and awesome art work. I felt bad for the vendors when they had to stop letting new people into the dealers room, mainly because if you don't have fresh faces your not gonna sell anything. I hate the fact the RI- Comic Con got so big, so fast and yet first all the media they put out they were saying that they were sorry, but now its "Go big or go home". I say Fuck that, book another hall if you want to over sell on your tickets. I've been going to Cons since 2007 and only this year, Boston Comic Con- a.k.a Line Con was a total wash and now part of RI Comic Con- a.k.a. Rain Con was right up there.
I didn't find one photo of us as Mary and Edward and I am super disappointed about that.
Fingers crossed that SuperMegaFest will be better.
Cheers

As long as you love me
^ So above is some of my drow armor and potion bottles. I'm pretty excited about going to the CT Ren-Faire this weekend and I hope that my costume comes together by then. I've been slacking off since the wedding and just dragging my feet on everything. ^^
^^ Above is a BUNCH of photos of the wedding and shocker there are none of me and my boyfriend. lol It was amazing and I am sure that I will be posted more photos of it as soon as I get them in. lol
I really want to wear my Jedi, I am just finishing up my outer robes and will be wearing them at RI Comic Con at the end of the month.
AND because I am a huge dork, I was playing with Sakura the other day.

Settle down with me
Right lets jump right into what happened over the weekend for me! We had my sister's bridal shower and to the left is some of the decorations that we made, when I say 'we' I mean myself It was Minnie themed with tons and tons of ladybugs everywhere. (My sister loves ladybugs) All and all the day was good there were certain things that got on my nerves but it doesn't matter, my sister was happy so I was happy. The wedding next month! >_< so nervous!
The next photo is the almost finished Sakura / Dwarf costume I've been working on for a few weeks now, I've been loving the fact that I havn't spent any money on this costume so far, I do know that when it comes to the axe and bed roll I will need to break down and purchase some supplies. Oh well./
Two of my awesome friends just came back from Dragon*Con (they go every year, jealous) and they both have Grey Warden costumes. I've JUST finished the first game and we've played a D&D campaign in the DragonAge world so I've completely fallen in love with the world and everything that has to do with Dragon Age. The next step? Making my own Grey Warden .
I'm probably gonna do a rouge or scout, I'm not of mage gal myself and the warrior has a bit of armor work to it. So maybe, there is no time limit on this costume tho I would love to surpise my friends with it at Rhode Island Comic Con in November but I don't think its in the budget. Blah of well.
I also don't have good memerioes of working with scupley but this time it work really really well. I'm kinda happy with the symbol I may just redo it all together.
